Russia Development Company (RDC) was established in early 1993 as an outgrowth of a successful consultancy practice. It is incorporated in the State of Delaware. The Company's vision at that turbulent moment in history was the rational development of the Russian and CIS markets for international trade and investment, while maximizing the return to our investors.

The Eastern European market is huge and continues to grow fueled by the meteoric rise in the developing economies of the region, growth and expansion of the European Union and the rise of Russian oil power. The growth in European "developing" nations at times exceeds 15% annually..

RDC is strictly a consulting and marketing company with a vast amount of experience in the East European market. Our experience dates back to our parent company since before the time the Iron Curtain has fallen. We had been retained by such firms as VMS Realty Partners [a Xerox Company] (Chicago IL), Bell Atlantic (Now Verizon), Ameritech, NYNEX, among many others, as well as being instrumental in securing the first ever cellular phone license in the Old Soviet Union.

That is not to say that our company has forgotten the people where we invest. We were involved in organizing the Children of Chernobyl Scratch OFF Lottery to benefit the victims of the Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster, as well as in assisting in the resettlement of the returning troops of the Russian Army back on Russian territory.
